For your health all of our rental goods are clean and sanitized for your use. We wash all items upon return whether used or not. It is our assurance to you.
We take care of the washing for you! There a few other guidelines included in your rental agreement. Please
review this carefully and aside from this, please treat these, as with all rental goods, as if they were your own.
When only rental items are involved, please make sure to speak to the facility where the items are to be
delivered so they can make arrangements. Please ensure that an authorized person is available to meet
our delivery staff to ensure proper placement of tents.
Our tents and dance floor reservations have a 50% non-refundable deposit from the time of booking. For all other rental items, we ask that you give us at least 7 (seven) days notice prior to the out date for a full refund with no penalty. For cancellations occurring with less than 7 (seven) days notice, we charge a 50% cancellation fee. We cannot offer refunds for cancellations placed at the time of delivery.
We Deliver & Pickup your delivery will be made at least one day prior to the function. Larger scale events, and events with a tent, are scheduled to begin installation as many as two or three days prior to your special day. As we do not work on Sunday’s, we will arrange pickups for Monday or Tuesday of the following week. If you are having your event at a hall or community centre, please make arrangements to reflect this schedule.
