Make your next corporate event one your colleagues will remember! We can help you pull off an engaging conference or tradeshow, providing you with everything from podiums to karaoke machines, linens, backdrops, and tradeshow drapery.
All equipment is rented on a first come, first serve basis. For tents and large scale events, we suggest you reserve equipment as soon as possible and at least two months in advance. However, we will do our best to accommodate your rental requirements at any notice.

We require 50% upfront on most rental equipment, with the final payment due one week prior to your event or function.
Deliveries are scheduled based on location and magnitude of event. We will advise you of our delivery and pickup dates one week prior to your event. Pick-ups are regularly scheduled for Monday or Tuesday of the following week. We ask that you please make arrangements with your venue to reflect this schedule. Weekend delivery or pick-up can be arranged for an additional fee by speaking directly with our office.
