Muskoka Party Rentals has a new home in Bala, and we want to celebrate it with the community. Join us for an Open House at our new showroom on Friday, July 3, 2026, from 12:00 to 2:00 PM. Everyone’s welcome, and there’s plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
A new chapter in a familiar spot
You’ll find us in the former Bala Beer Store building at 3025 Highway 169 — a spot many locals know well. It’s now the showroom and home base for everything we do, from intimate cottage gatherings to full-scale weddings and corporate events across Muskoka.
Muskoka Party Rentals has been serving the region since 2003, and this new space marks the next step: more room to display our inventory, a central place to plan your events, and an easier way for you to see exactly what we can bring to your next celebration.
What’s happening at the Open House
This one’s all about good food, good fun, and getting to know our neighbours. Stop by for:
– A BBQ — burgers, hot dogs, and sausages on the grill
– Snow cones, cotton candy, and popcorn
– A bouncy castle for the kids
– Tie-dyeing t-shirts — a hands-on activity the little ones will love
While you’re here, take a look around the showroom and see the tents, tables, linens, glassware, and more that we rent for weddings, parties, and events all summer long. The team will be on hand to answer questions and help you start planning.
